- •Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the congress secretariat.
- The registration fee is determined by the date of payment. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early bird registration if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
- Registration Fees include Tax.

A valid membership number is required.

Trainee/Resident:
For Trainee/Resident Registration, the evidence of your status is required (ID card or document which certifies their status issued by their institution).
Without evidence, regular fees (APASL Member/Non-Member) will be applied. Please send a copy of the evidence to the congress secretariat as an attachment file to the e-mail.
Presenting Author of Accepted Abstract:
Submission of an abstract does not imply registration for the conference. All abstract authors are required to register for the conference separately.
Only the presenting authors are eligible for payment of the registration fee.
Conference registration is obligatory for those who wish to attend the conference.
Registration Fees include:
(APASL Member, Non-Member, Trainee/Resident, Presenting Author)
Attendance at all scientific sessions
Entrance to the exhibition area
Coffee breaks to be served during the scientific program
Social Event(s) during the Conference term (if any)
Accompanying Person Fee includes:
Entrance to the exhibition area
Social Event(s) during the Conference term (if any)
Cancellation Policy:
Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the congress secretariat.
Cancellations received on or after February 29, 2024– no refund will be given.
Please note that the registration refund will be processed after the end of APASL 2024 Kyoto, and the bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
